Below is some is a brief description of my previous roles, what they involved, what I learnt, and what I delivered.
Current - 2023
Innovation Team Lead
Psymplicity Healthcare
Supervisor: Dr. Jeremy Beider
On boarding and training new staff members on company systems (e.g. Zoho CRM; Creating; Forms) and the coding language (Deluge). Advised in the recruitment and dismissal of staff and creating a project road map for the team.
Duties included:
- Deciding on and completing projects will provide most benefit to the company
- Creating a timeline and splitting of tasks in order to effectively utilise staff resources
2023 - 2022
Data Analyst
Psymplicity Healthcare
Supervisor: Dr. Jeremy Beider
Created a staff utilisation and forecasting workflow and conducting monthly sales and ad-spend reports.
Duties included:
- Modifying back-end company data system
- Zoho CRM
- using internal coding language - Deluge
- Analysing company sales, staff utilisation, and marketing data in Zoho Analytics
2022
Design Researcher
Unity Trust Bank
Researching updates to Unity's website and UX. Both in terms of web design and office workflow associated with account services such as account opening and updates to business accounts access privileges.
Duties included:
- Creating wireframes using Figma
- Designing click tests using UserZoom

Post-doctoral Research Assistant

Designing a framework for HE educators to create game based learning experiences, that are customised for their classroom.
Duties included:
- Designing & running focus groups
- Qulalitative data analysis in NVivo

Duties included:
- Teaching BSc Y1 & Y2 tutorial classes
- Supporting with MSc workshops using MatLab and SPSS.
- Managing the departments participant recruitment software (SONA)
2017
Research Assistant
Middlesex University
Supervisors: Dr. Alexander Jones, Dr. Jon Silas
Bial grant funded project. Assessing the relationship between neural rhythms and tactile perception.
Duties included:
- Running neurostimulation models in Soterix and SimNIBS
- Setting up research equipment (e.g. installing new hardware on computers)
- Running experiments using EEG and tACS equipment
2017
Research Assistant

British Academy grant funded project. Assessed the effect of emotion on cognitive control.
Duties included:
- Creating experimental scripts in e-prime and MatLab
- Data analysis in SPSS
